Set on a main corner block in Rockdale, this boutique full brick residence originally offered only 3 bedrooms with a run down 80-year-old kitchen & bathroom with no hydraulic design.
With much potential in this development we demolished the existing run-down asbestos shed attached to the dwelling and added an 80m2 extension to the rear of this boutique home whilst still maintaining its original character utilising its high ceilings, original windows & arched hallways.
Our main focus was to ensure that the new addition seamlessly married in to the existing structure.
The façade of the residence was stripped back and replenished with a complete facelift which was co-ordinated by our inhouse colour consultant to ensure that the finished product transitioned right throughout the home.
Our interior designer continued to reflect our client’s interruptions into modern elements that provided the home with a great balance of classic meets modern.
