Director
Phillip leads LP StratiCo’s insurance, remedial and construction operations, overseeing complex projects from initial assessment and strategy through to delivery. He remains closely involved in technical decision-making, programme control, stakeholder coordination and the quality of the finished work.
Lina Strati
Client Relationships
Lina leads client relationships across LP StratiCo, ensuring insureds, clients and project stakeholders receive clear communication and considered support throughout each project. She coordinates key touchpoints from commencement to handover and helps maintain a consistent, responsive client experience.
Kristian Kontakos
Operations
Kristian leads LP StratiCo’s day-to-day operations, coordinating project systems, technical delivery, commercial oversight and team performance. He works across projects to keep programmes, documentation, procurement and stakeholder responsibilities aligned.
A'leigh
Business Development Manager
A'leigh leads business development across Class 1 insurance, strata, remedial and Class 2 work. She builds relationships with insurers, strata managers, consultants and property stakeholders, helping identify the right assessment, technical and delivery pathway for each project.

Ryan manages LP StratiCo’s accounts and financial administration, supporting invoicing, payments, project cost tracking and commercial reporting. He helps keep financial information accurate, current and responsive across the business.
