With a fast Make Safe Response through a dedicated team, LP StratiCo effectively reduces lead times and minimises further damage to your property. Using specialised equipment and contractors, all our work is covered by quality assurance procedures implemented post-Make Safe.

Assessing & Scoping

With in-house assessors in NSW/ACT, LP StratiCo offers a 48-hour turnaround for AR submissions. On acceptance of AR, our estimators prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) within 72-hours. Our methodology and procedural accuracy, with construction programming drafted at the assessment phase, guarantees minimum variation to the scope.

Specialist Reporting

With a guaranteed 72-hour turnaround, LP StratiCo’s specialist reports are conducted only by select consultants with proven capabilities. Our investment in technology and innovations specifically focuses on improving complex claims and repair outcomes.

Design & Engineering

LP StratiCo organises and manages all required DA/CDC approvals and Home Warranty Insurance submissions as part of our service to you. Architectural design and specifications can be organised when required.
